The film I speak about is Kiss of the Vampire. Seen it?

Its another one of these Hammer vampire flicks that didnt have Christopher Lee as Dracula or the lead vampire in the film. It didnt have Peter Cushing as Van Helsing either. But its an excellent film non the less!

I just rewatched this one last week and plan on reviewing it sometime soon. Kiss of the Vampire is actually an excellent Hammer film, its turned into one of my favorites, and it ends with the good guys invoking a swarm of bats which then proceed to kill the clan of vampires.

But speaking of Brides of Dracula, its also one of my favorites because its just so eerie. Interestingly enough I was watching this one a couple of nights ago as well. I realized its one of my favorites of the whole Hammer catalog.

Agree with you 100% on Freda Jackson, she was a freaky character in deed. Kind of reminded me of that cackling old lady from Bride of Frankenstein, know the one that I mean?

Brides of Dracula has one really interesting scene, the one where Van Helsing gets bitten by the vamps and performs some sort of ritual to eliminate the effects of the bite. Always thought that was interesting.Franco Macabrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10994905312221715861noreply@blogger.com
