A group of bullies in a cricket team are being murdered by a weird slasher who kills people with metal poles being driven by a cricket bat. When two police officers drive the men to stay in a witness protection house, they think it’s all well and good, until one by one they are being violently murdered by this cricket killer.
This is an interesting, but not great, horror comedy from Australia. While the idea is definitely original and the killer’s look and methods are hilarious, it’s not enough to hold your interest, since it’s the kind of material you’ve seen many times before. It does however, have the greatest shower scene in the history of cinema. Observe.
